Schedule Monday-Friday 1:30pm-10:00pm What You'll Do Manage and prioritize incoming calls from patients, providers, and healthcare partners. Deliver professional, compassionate customer service with every interaction. Schedule mobile diagnostic exams and coordinate routes for our mobile technologists. Enter and update patient and client information with a high level of accuracy. Maintain organized records and support overall dispatch operations. What We're Looking For Healthcare experience required (medical office, hospital, imaging center, home health, etc.). Dispatching or scheduling experience strongly preferred, especially in a healthcare or service‑based environment. Strong customer service background with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure. Familiarity with Comfortable navigating multiple software systems and handling high call volumes. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem‑solving skills. A team‑oriented mindset and a commitment to patient‑centered service.
