We're looking for a Dispatcher to join our family-owned HVAC company and help coordinate our service team throughout the day. If you're a strong communicator, can confidently manage a changing schedule, and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Manage and monitor the daily service schedule and dispatch board. Dispatch and coordinate technicians throughout the day. Assign service calls based on technician availability, location, skill set, and job priority. Monitor technician progress, job statuses, and customer arrival windows. Adjust the schedule throughout the day for cancellations, emergency calls, delays, and other changes. Communicate with technicians regarding assignments, schedule changes, and job updates. Work closely with our Customer Service Representatives, service team, and management to keep daily operations running smoothly. Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates and scheduling changes when needed. Accurately update job information, technician assignments, and notes within ServiceTitan. Use ServiceTitan and Dispatch Pro to help optimize technician schedules and daily routes. Identify scheduling conflicts and potential issues before they impact technicians or customers. Auditing all tickets at the end of each day. What We're Looking For Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to make decisions throughout the day. Ability to think ahead and adjust quickly when schedules change. Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly. Positive attitude with a team-first mindset. Dependable, motivated, and comfortable taking initiative. Previous dispatch experience is preferred. HVAC or home service experience is a plus.
