We provide airport transfers, hotel transportation, and VIP service for private clients, corporate accounts, and premier South Florida hotels. We are looking for a Dispatcher who can keep the day running smoothly. This role sits at the center of the operation: assigning trips, supporting chauffeurs, tracking flights, and communicating clearly with clients and hotel partners. The right person is organized, calm under pressure, and takes pride in getting the details right. Responsibilities Dispatch chauffeurs and vehicles to match each reservation, timing, and service type Monitor trips in real time and adjust for flight delays, traffic, weather, and last-minute changes Track incoming flights and update pickup times as needed Handle multi-line phones, texts, emails, and WhatsApp when needed for international guests Give chauffeurs clear trip details, including pickup instructions, meet-and-greet / baggage claim notes, special requests, and 10-minute out calls Confirm reservations and communicate professionally with clients, hotels, and internal staff Keep trip notes, client preferences, and dispatch records accurate Support chauffeurs with directions, airport procedures, and on-the-road issues Coordinate group moves, hotel accounts, and same-day additions without losing track of the board Protect client privacy and represent the company with a polished, professional tone Qualifications Strong communication skills — clear, calm, and professional on the phone and in writing Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced dispatch environment Attention to detail with times, names, locations, and special requests Comfortable using reservation/dispatch software, GPS tracking, and standard office tools Knowledge of South Florida roads, airports, and major hotel areas is a plus Previous dispatch, hospitality, hotel, or luxury transportation experience preferred Discretion when handling VIP, hotel, and high-profile guest information Reliable availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed What this role is This is luxury ground transportation — not freight, taxi, or rideshare dispatch. The standard is on-time pickups, professional chauffeurs, and clear communication from reservation through drop-off.
