This position is responsible for monitoring security, elevator, and fire alarm systems and notifying customers and emergency services when necessary. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, communicates clearly, pays close attention to detail, and can work independently while following established procedures.

Responsibilities:

Monitor security, elevator, and fire alarm systems Respond to and dispatch alarm notifications Contact customers and emergency services as required Provide excellent customer service by phone Accurately document alarm events and customer interactions Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations Follow established procedures and verification standards Adapt to schedule changes as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or Central Station environment Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a successful team Flexible and willing to adapt to schedule changes Must meet established verification standards
