Job Summary We are seeking an intern who is ready to learn how to dispatch and broker loads. Must display strong initiative, motivation and resourcefulness. You will be trained to focus on identifying the most efficient means of moving the customer's freight, discovering innovative solutions to client problems, and building valuable relationships with carriers.

Responsibilities:

Daily management, coordination, and tracking of shipments. Establish and coordinate schedules with carrier and tender shipments. Ensure compliance standards are defined and confirmed with carriers. Establish and confirm rates with customers and carriers. Update and maintain Transportation Management System. Pro-actively identify problems and swiftly implement the appropriate solution. Participate in special projects and handle all other assigned duties as required. Qualifications

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer skills, ability to learn new operations systems and user interfaces with ease.

Compensation $600/week plus monthly commission. Weekly pay via direct deposit.
