Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling HVAC service appointments, dispatching technicians promptly based on priority and geographic location. Utilize transportation management systems, GPS technology, GIS mapping, and CRM software to plan efficient routes and monitor technician locations in real-time. Coordinate with supply chain and shipping & receiving teams to ensure technicians have the necessary parts and equipment for each job. Maintain accurate data entry of service requests, technician assignments, and job details using multi-line phone systems, and our CRM software. Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, vendors, and internal teams via phone etiquette and professional communication skills to provide updates and resolve scheduling conflicts. Monitor fleet management systems to track vehicle status, maintenance needs, and availability for dispatching purposes. Experience Two years of proven experience in dispatching within the HVAC or related service industries is required. Knowledge of GPS tracking. Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and effective multi-tasking abilities on multi-line phone systems. Ability to handle data entry accurately under pressure while maintaining a high level of organization. Join us in delivering top-tier HVAC services by coordinating seamlessly behind the scenes! Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
