Dispatcher Are you the person who can juggle 20 things at once, stay calm when everything changes, and somehow make it all work? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and enjoy being the person everyone can count on, we want to meet you! At Diamond, our Dispatchers are the heartbeat of our operation. You'll connect customers, technicians, managers, and sales teams while keeping the day running smoothly across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. What You'll Do Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules for maximum efficiency. Answer calls and communicate with customers and field technicians. Schedule estimates, sold jobs, follow-ups, and service calls. Adjust schedules when emergencies, delays, or cancellations happen. Manage technician on-call schedules. Coordinate with managers, technicians, sales, and customer service teams. Debrief technicians after jobs and help resolve customer concerns. Pull permits and coordinate inspections. Process purchase orders, invoices, warranties, and job documentation. Track Quiet Cool & Generac inventory and order equipment as needed. Follow up on outstanding customer balances and assist with month-end goals. Requirements Loves solving problems and finding solutions. Can multitask without losing the details. Communicate confidently and professionally. Stays calm when the schedule gets crazy. Is organized, proactive, and accountable. Has a strong customer service mindset. Can work well with technicians, managers, customers, and multiple departments. Isn't afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen. Learns technology and new systems quickly.
