Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of freight and ensuring efficient fleet management.

. Jovic Inc. is a family owned and operated trucking firm servicing its customers since 2008. We are in search of a knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual who loves transportation and is willing to grow with us.

Duties:

Obtain freight from customers. Handle requests from customer. Plan, organize and dispatch units. Know DOT/ELD rules and regulations. Work with drivers to insure growth and profitability of the company. Must be a team player and have friendly communication skills, verbal and written.

Qualifications:

Must have experience working in trucking industry, 2 years preferred. Must have knowledge of routes/highways in the USA and DOT/ELD rules/regulations. Able to use a computer with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook. Able to learn all software associated with job function. (Training Provided) Must be dependable and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to think critically, solve problems, and make decisions.

Benefits:

Unlimited earnings. PTO. Salary + commission.
