We are looking for a motivated and results-driven dispatcher with strong negotiation skills, experience with spot-market freight, and the ability to build strong relationships with brokers, customers, and drivers. Hazmat experience is strongly preferred. Experience with dry van, reefer, bulk freight, load boards, and McLeod Software is a major plus.

The ideal candidate should have:
