Dispatcher Swift Air Mechanical - 2.8 Indianapolis, IN Job Details $26 - $31 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Swift Air Mechanical specializes in Commercial and Residential HVAC Services and is located on the Northeast side of Indianapolis, Indiana . We are searching for a Dispatcher to join our office. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and be able to support clients and staff members.

Essential Accountabilities:

Answer inbound customer calls and direct inquiries as required. Dispatch HVAC technicians. Schedule and maintain calendar. Communicate services to be provided to customer. Assist with invoicing and purchase orders.

Experience desired:

Minimum of 3 years of previous dispatching and routing experience in an HVAC or Plumbing business preferred. Associates degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required. Former experience with ServiceTitan or similar software. Former experience purchasing HVAC equipment is a plus, not required. This position is ideal for candidates that possess the following traits: Advanced customer service skills. Have a positive phone presentation to customers and team members. Ability to simultaneously handle customer calls. Self-driven and strong attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player.
