Job Description
Williams Dedicated, LLC is hiring a 3rd Shift Dispatch Team Member in Michigan City, IN. This is a full-time position. Williams Dedicated is looking for an eager and customer-service focused individual to add to our Michigan City, IN team! The ideal candidate for the position would be someone who has experience in customer service within the transportation industry. The Dispatch Team Member will be an integral part of our ongoing effort to provide excellent customer service to our drivers and our customers.
Please note:
this is an in-office position, not remote.Pay Range:
$17- 19 depending on experience, plus shift differential
Shift:
3rd shift- 9: 30 pm
- 7: 30 am (Sunday
- Wednesday)
Responsibilities:
Monitor route statusesCommunicate professionally with drivers and customersMonitor driver sign-out sheetMonitor break downsBenefits:
