About the Role Pinnacle Partners is recruiting for a Dispatcher for a growing commercial service organization in Westfield, IN. This is a direct-hire, fully onsite opportunity. The organization has experienced significant growth and is looking for someone who can effectively coordinate technicians while providing strong communication and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, location, availability, and service needs Make schedule adjustments as emergency calls, delays, and cancellations occur Communicate with customers and technicians regarding arrival times, scheduling updates, and job status Maintain accurate work orders, notes, assignments, and follow-up information within Service Fusion Monitor jobs requiring parts, return visits, customer approvals, or quotes to ensure appropriate follow-up Escalate scheduling conflicts, customer concerns, and technical questions to the appropriate team member

Requirements:

Prior experience dispatching technicians Experience working in a fast-paced field service environment Strong organizational and scheduling skills Excellent phone and customer communication skills Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure Adaptable and comfortable working within a growing small-business environment

Preferred:

Previous commercial HVAC or plumbing dispatch experience

Compensation:

50 to 55k/year

Schedule:

8am to 5pm - Monday through

Friday Pay:

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
