The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating logistics and ensuring customer service satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze data to optimize service delivery. As a Service Dispatcher, you will be responsible for taking customer phone calls, managing service technicians schedules and maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule customers for services calls, ensuring timely and efficient operations. Answer customer phone calls and respond to emails to get their service needs met and scheduled as needed Communicate effectively with drivers and clients to provide updates and resolve any issues that arise. Analyze transportation routes and schedules to optimize performance and reduce costs. Provide exceptional phone etiquette while interacting with clients and technicians to enhance customer satisfaction. Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective interactions with team members and clients. Proficiency in using logistics software and learn new programs and or software. Ability to analyze data effectively to make informed decisions regarding logistics operations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of phone etiquette to maintain professionalism in all communications.
