•Callabresi Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced dispatcher to help coordinate our daily field operations and support our customers and office team. What we're looking for: Previous dispatching experience required Experience with administrative and general office tasks Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to prioritize and adjust schedules as needs change throughout the day Comfortable managing multiple calls, requests, and priorities in a fast-paced environment HVAC or service industry experience preferred What you'll do: Answer customer calls and provide friendly, professional service Coordinate and schedule daily service calls and field operations Dispatch HVAC technicians based on customer needs, location, availability, and priority Communicate schedule changes and job information with customers and technicians Assist with general office and administrative tasks Help keep daily operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly Why Callabresi? 40+ year established company with a 4.8 star rating on Google 100% employee-owned (ESOP)
