The towing industry is fast-paced and demanding, and we are looking for someone who understands the importance of providing top-notch customer service while keeping safety as our number one priority. Job Responsibilities Dispatch tow trucks and coordinate drivers Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers Input and maintain accurate job information Monitor and coordinate active calls Communicate with drivers, customers, police departments, and commercial accounts Data entry and filing Handle multiple jobs and priorities at the same time Use Towbook for dispatching and managing calls Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Minimum 2 years of towing dispatch experience required Previous experience in the towing industry required Towbook experience strongly preferred Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Must be dependable and professional Reliable transportation required Schedule & Pay Full-time and part-time positions available Pay based on experience If you have previous towing dispatch experience and are looking for a position with a busy, established towing company, we would like to hear from you.
