Patient care remains our top priority in everything we do. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Overnight Dispatcher to join our team. In this vital role, you will coordinate the dispatching of emergency and non-emergency medical transportation services during overnight hours. Your proactive communication skills and organizational expertise will ensure timely vehicle deployment, efficient route management, and seamless internal communication. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls via multi-line phone systems, providing clear and professional communication with patients, staff, and external partners Dispatch emergency and non-emergency vehicles using vehicle dispatch software and transportation management systems. Coordinate with fleet management teams to ensure vehicles are properly assigned, maintained, and ready for service Enter accurate data related to dispatch activities, patient information, and shipment details into logistics systems. Communicate effectively with drivers, healthcare providers, and internal departments via phone calls and internal communication channels to relay instructions or updates Experience Previous experience in transportation planning and scheduling, logistics, and/or experience within a healthcare environment is preferred Strong analysis skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting Proficiency in data entry, reporting purposes and transportation software Excellent organizational skills coupled with effective communication skills—both verbal and written Join us as an Overnight Dispatcher where your dedication ensures smooth operations during critical hours. Pay:
