Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls Communicate with customers regarding appointments and service updates Coordinate technician routes and daily workloads Enter and update work orders and service information Monitor job progress and follow up as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent phone and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Computer proficiency and attention to detail Prior dispatching or service industry experience preferred Experience in commercial food equipment or HVAC/service industries is a plus
