$ Range based on experience Reports to: Project Manager About the Role We're looking for an organized, people-focused Installer Dispatcher & Administrator to coordinate our field installation teams and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll be the central point of contact between customers, installers, and management — scheduling jobs, managing paperwork, and making sure every install goes off without a hitch. Key Responsibilities Dispatch & Scheduling Schedule and dispatch installers based on location, skills, and availability Optimize daily routes and job assignments for efficiency Communicate schedules, changes, and job details to field teams Track job progress and handle last-minute rescheduling Administration Manage customer records, work orders, and installation documentation Prepare quotes, invoices, and job completion paperwork Answer phone and email inquiries from customers and installers Maintain accurate records in the scheduling/CRM system Order and track materials or inventory as needed What We're Looking For Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, or administration (trades/field- service a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication — calm and clear under pressure Comfortable with scheduling software, email, and spreadsheets Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Nice to Have Familiarity with Security products Experience with CRMs and QuickBooks What We Offer Competitive pay
