Our team is growing, and we're looking for our next problem-solving dispatcher. We're looking for an organized dispatcher to help our growing customer-base and field team prioritize service calls. You'll be responsible for preparing work schedules and handling customer requests and complaints. You'll also communicate with field units and customers using two-way radios, telephones, and messaging apps. You have data entry experience, basic computer skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Compensation:

$50,000 to $70,000

Responsibilities:

Create and change service calls when needed Communicate with customers and field teams about service details and special requests Log customer complaints and service tech notes Track dispatch service calls and arrival times Coordinate service calls for field teams and customers

Qualifications:
