We are looking for a candidate that is comfortable dealing with customer feedback, both good and bad. As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for directing our team of roadside assistance technicians, and following up with the customers to make sure they had an excellent interaction dealing with our company. You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record You can work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays You are trainable and enjoy learning new skills and new technologies You have strong leadership skills You are trustworthy and reliable, with strong customer service skills You are money motivated!
