The role is responsible for overseeing and monitoring approximately 25-40 routes daily.

Responsibilities:

Overseas the daily dispatching of routes including route adjustments Monitor route progress and assist drivers with problems encountered throughout the day Inspection of fleet and ensure repairs are resolved timely Resolve problems faced on the route Perform other duties as assigned including backup driver

Job Requirements:

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Organized oriented and strong problem-solving skills Ability to communicate with a team of drivers and give clear direction Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred) Experience with Microsoft office (required) Experience with Amazon Logistics (preferred) We're an equal opportunity employer.
