10:00 AM•3:00 PM (as needed) A well-established bus transportation company in the Spring Valley area is looking for a dependable and organized Transportation Dispatcher to join our operations team. The ideal candidate has previous dispatching experience, learns quickly, and is comfortable communicating with drivers in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch bus drivers efficiently. Maintain communication with drivers throughout the day. Monitor schedules, routes, and daily operations. Handle last-minute schedule changes and operational issues. Maintain accurate dispatch records and logs. Work closely with management to ensure smooth transportation operations. Qualifications Previous dispatching experience is required. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities. Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented. Basic computer skills. Preferred Qualifications A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is a plus , as it provides a better understanding of transportation operations and effective communication with drivers.
