Join Worl International:

Worl International is looking for a Logistics Dispatcher to join our fast-paced Logistics Team. In this role, you will coordinate drivers, monitor shipments, and ensure collections and deliveries arepleted safely, efficiently, and on time. We are looking for someone who isanized, dependable, customer-focused, andfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch and monitor drivers and shipments using our transportation management system. Coordinate collections and deliveries, including time-sensitive airport shipments. Maintainmunication with drivers, Customer Service, Imports, Operations, vendors, and airlines. Monitor shipment progress, document delays, and ensure proof of delivery is entered accurately. Monitor driver routes and vehicle tracking to support efficiency. Ensure TSA, security, and chain-of-custody requirements are followed. Monitor inbound flights and ensure shipments are accounted for and handled safely. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or damage. Assist with collections or deliveries when driver coverage is needed. Maintain a clean,anized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience. 1+ year of dispatch experience in logistics, transportation, courier, or a related industry. Strongputer and Microsoft Office skills. Excellentmunication,anization, and time-management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure. Professional and positive attitude. Knowledge of geography is a plus. Proficiency in English.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Ability to assist with loading and unloading cargo. Comfortable working in a warehouse and moderately active/noisy environment. Flexibility to work assigned shifts. $1,000
