Job Description

Now hiring a Dispatcher for a company in Strongsville for 1 st shift. Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm. Weekly pay at $18 per hour.

Job Duties:

Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally. Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls. Enter and update customer information and job details. Coordinate daily schedules and monitor job progress. Track work orders and ensure timely completion. Communicate with customers regarding appointments and updates. Assist with general office and administrative duties. Work closely with the operations team to keep projects running smoothly.

Requirements:

Previous dispatch, customer service, or office experience is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong computer and data entry skills.
