Job Description

Plastic Recycling Technology, Inc. is a family-owned company looking for a dependable and organized Truck Dispatcher / Transportation Coordinator to join our team. We currently operate a fleet of 7 drivers traveling throughout the tri-state area. This position will play an important role in keeping our drivers, trucks, and daily transportation operations running efficiently. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Dispatching and communicating with drivers Scheduling pickups and deliveries Coordinating daily transportation schedules Scheduling service and maintenance for trucks and trailers Creating and maintaining shipping documents Auditing and monitoring the shipping dock Communicating with customers, vendors, and internal departments Resolving scheduling or transportation issues as they arise Monitoring driver schedules and ensuring deliveries are completed on time Must be willing to take occasional phone calls after normal business hours Schedule Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Pay $17.00-$22.00 per hour , based on experience

Previous dispatching, transportation, logistics, or trucking experience is preferred but not required.
