Games Library includes more than 400 types of games: Numerical Lotteries, TV Lottery Games, Sports Lotteries, Fixed Odds Betting, Instant Lotteries, Pari-mutuel, Video Lottery and Monitor Games.
Assigns drivers and vehicles to assigned destination. Provides updates to customers on delivery status. Tracks driver assignments and other data in a computer database.
Provide technical support to customers and call center personnelDispatch FST based on retailer service requestsPrioritize calls according to urgency and importanceUse phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locationsMonitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their scheduleProvide field units with information about requests, traffic, obstacles and requirementsEnter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information
