Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized HVAC Service Manager/Dispatcher to lead our service operations and coordinate technician dispatching with precision and enthusiasm. Duties Manage the scheduling and dispatching of HVAC service technicians using vehicle dispatch software and transportation management systems to ensure prompt response times. Coordinate daily service calls, prioritize urgent requests, and allocate resources efficiently across multiple job sites. Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, suppliers, and internal teams via multi-line phone systems, internal communication platforms, and phone call management tools. Monitor fleet operations, ensuring compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and maintaining accurate vehicle logs. Utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and GPS technology for route planning, transportation planning, and real-time tracking of service vehicles. Maintain detailed records of service activities, data entry into logistics databases such as Oracle Transportation Management, and update shipping & receiving documentation. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally, managing phone etiquette, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven experience in dispatching within road transportation operations or logistics environments; familiarity with vehicle dispatch software and transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a focus on phone call management and internal communication. Knowledge of DOT regulations related to fleet management and vehicle safety standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, reporting, and analysis tasks. Ability to analyze routing data using GIS or GPS tools to optimize transportation planning strategies. Experience with supply chain logistics, 3PL (third-party logistics), shipping & receiving processes, and freight management is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy while managing high call volumes. Strong analysis skills for troubleshooting scheduling conflicts or logistical issues efficiently. Pay:

$28.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
