Responsibilities:

Strategically assign calls based on the key priority matrix: Call history, dispatch boards, Tech ability, age of equipment, warranty, and routing. Communicates with customers to schedule appointments, provide service updates and resolve issues. Check-in calls with the service technicians to assist technicians with close-out and dispatching to next call. Research and assign calls. Responsible for maintaining dispatch board with support from the Customer Service Department. Participate in training as necessary. Other duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

At least two (2) years of Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing Dispatch Experience. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ServiceTitan), preferred. Strong Mathematical, Language, communication and Computer Skills. Must be able to work daily between the hours of 7:30-5:00pm, exact shift times will be finalized during the interview process.
