Job Summary Dispatcher Position Company:
Blue Ridge CommunicationsShift:
Monday-Thursday 12PM-9PM and Sunday's 11AM-8PMTraining period will be done in the office. Once fully trained, working from home will be an option.

Pencor and its subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity EmployersA reliable dispatcher is needed to dispatch service calls, verify work orders for accuracy and assist Field Technicians with changes, pricing and special equipment needs.

Will also be responsible for:

Filing completed work ordersContacting customers when troubleshooting and/or scheduling work needs to be doneMonitoring system outagesKeeping Field Technicians informed of system problemsOther duties as assigned
Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma or GEDEstablished residency in PennsylvaniaReliable transportationPrevious experience working in a dispatch environment preferredFamiliarity with the local area helpfulComputer proficiency using the internet and Microsoft Office programs - Outlook Email, Word and ExcelExcellent Communication Skills - Oral and WrittenExcellent Organizational SkillsExcellent Time Management SkillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
