Towing Dispatcher Ryan auto sales and towing Murrysville, PA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $15 - $18 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Client inquiry handling Phone call screening Dispatch record maintenance Quality data entry Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description As a dispatcher for Ryans Auto, your duties, responsibilities and tasks will include, but may not be limited to being a direct line of contact with our drivers and clients acting as a bridge between the two and often being the first line of contact to assist both clients and drivers within our company. This may require you to accurately acquire, document, communicate, and conduct various data-entry and information as it pertains to individual call's and the details within them as to provide and maintain the best operations within our company and an over-all better experience for our clients. This position will require you to possess the skills and attitude necessary to handle a potentially high-traffic & high-volume amount of call's where you will be gathering information about the individual call(s) and the clients specific needs and communicating them to our drivers. (I.E = The client states their vehicle is safely at location "A" and needs to get to "B", it's an AWD has NO power and they can't get it into neutral, the keys are with the vehicle" which means our driver will have to potentially provide power for the vehicle to place in the neutral in order to be moved, if no power can be provided the driver may have to figure out the vehicles potential manual-neutral override in order to successfully complete the call )

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
