Job Description

Position:

Dispatcher Pay Rate:

$18hr starting

Shift:

Monday-Friday (8am - 4:30pm)

Location:

North Versailles, PA Join the hustling world of logistics as a Dispatcher and become a key part of keeping daily transportation operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll coordinate driver schedules and routes, communicate updates throughout the day, and ensure pickups and deliveries stay on track. If you're organized, calm under pressure, and enjoy working with people, this is a great opportunity to make an impact on a fast-moving team.

What You'll Do:

Dispatch and coordinate daily pickups and deliveries Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and internal teams Enter orders / shipment details into the system with strong accuracy Track schedule changes and provide real-time updates as needed Maintain dispatch logs, records, and other required documentation Support general office and operations tasks as needed

Required Skills:

Strong communication (phone + written) Comfortable using computers for data entry and tracking Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized in a busy environment Professional, customer-service mindset Microsoft office (Excel)

QuickBooks Preferred Experience:

High school diploma or GED Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or scheduling (helpful but not required)
