Job Details Description Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Consultation

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries related to tires and repair services
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Clearly explain services, pricing, and estimated timelines Sales & Service Coordination
• Provide knowledgeable support on products and services offered
• Respond to incoming service calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and shop capacity
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely job completion Administrative & Operational Support
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and sales
• Process invoices and payment transactions with precision
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure product availability

Qualifications:

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or dispatch preferred
• Knowledge of tires, automotive services, or the trucking industry is a plus Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Requirements
