Dealership Dispatcher - BMT Ford Doggett Auto Beaumont, TX Job Details 17 hours ago Qualifications Employee relationship building Cross-functional communication Full Job Description Dealership Dispatcher Classification Exempt Job Summary This individual will coordinate the flow of work within the service department to maximize technician productivity, support departmental goals, and ensure efficient shop operations. The Dispatcher will work closely with technicians, service advisors, management, and other departments to maintain an organized and productive workflow while promoting all aspects of Doggett in a professional manner. Essential Functions Coordinate the flow of work into and out of the shop. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production goals are achieved. Assign the right jobs to the appropriate technicians based on skill level and workload. Assist technicians with workflow organization to improve efficiency and throughput. Run and analyze reports related to labor hours, production, efficiency, and shop performance. Track progress toward departmental goals and identify opportunities for improvement. Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook. Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, including open book meetings, huddles, department meetings and other related efforts. Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service. Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner. Qualifications Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to effectively coordinate workflow and work with multiple technicians. Ability to analyze reports and track departmental performance.
