Coastal Comfort Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is looking for a dependable, organized, and outgoing HVAC Dispatcher / Office Coordinator to join our team in Jamaica Beach. This is a full-time office position and an important part of our day-to-day operation. You'll help customers, schedule and dispatch technicians, keep the office organized, and assist with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include:

Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers Scheduling service calls and coordinating technician schedules Dispatching technicians throughout the day Keeping customers updated on appointment times and job status Tracking warranty parts and equipment orders Keeping up with office deliveries and paperwork Assisting with social media posts and job photos Entering and updating information in our computer systems General office organization and administrative support Most of the position involves working on a computer, and training will be provided for the programs we use. Experience with spreadsheets, customer service, dispatching, or HVAC is a plus, but HVAC experience is not required. We're looking for someone who is friendly and comfortable talking with customers, dependable, able to multitask, and capable of staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
