Team members work in a fast-paced environment where coordination, safety, and customer satisfaction are key. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Office Manager/Dispatcher role based in Grapevine, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Office Manager/Dispatcher will oversee daily office operations, manage scheduling and dispatch of plumbing technicians, and ensure accurate job documentation and workflow. Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, coordinating service requests, updating calendars, and maintaining records in company systems. The role also involves supporting billing and invoicing processes, ordering and tracking office supplies, and assisting with basic reporting and data entry. The Office Manager/Dispatcher will collaborate with field teams and leadership to optimize routes, communicate job details, and provide responsive customer support. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including clear phone etiquette and professional written communication. Candidates should possess Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills, such as scheduling, recordkeeping, and organizing daily workflows. Candidates should possess proficiency with Office Equipment and basic computer applications, including email, spreadsheets, and scheduling or dispatch software. Previous experience in a dispatch, service coordination, or office management role in construction, plumbing, or related trades is beneficial. Strong time-management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are preferred. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, handle multiple priorities, and support field teams in a fast-paced setting. Benefits & Compensation
Pay:
$22.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience
