Job Summary The Dispatcher will be responsible for effectively communicating and scheduling new work orders with customers as well as dispatching the appropriate service technician to the jobsite. The ideal candidate will be able to handle high call volumes and multiple technicians. Core Responsibilities Answers incoming service calls and emails. Coordinates response and delivery of received information to service technicians. Dispatches staff to service calls. Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency. Maintains open communication with service techs and customers. Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or customers. Respond to queries related to products and deliveries. Communicate with after hours answering service to inform them of who is on-call and their chain of command to follow. Performs other related duties as required. Physical Demands and Work Environment This job operates in an office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
