The department You will be part of Welltec's Operations function , supporting logistics activities and working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies, shipping agents, and customers. The position As Logistics Dispatcher, you will execute key logistics activities, including shipment planning, packing, bookings, cargo tracking and receiving. The position requires a collaborative and solutions-oriented team member who can effectively multi-task, and achieve operational excellence with continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include: Picking, wrapping, and Packing equipment for shipping. Responsible for creating shipping invoices in accordance with provided shipping instructions. Book freight forwarder; ensure that the client (Welltec or non-Welltec) receives a pre-alert with shipment information and all respective documents. Goods reception; check actual shipment against shipping documents. Update necessary databases/systems with goods received/shipped Storing all relevant documents required in the archive Operate forklift. Participate in the Asset and stock counts.

• Assist Asset and Logistics Coordinator.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs Report irregularities as they are uncovered.
• Update stock as it is taken out on the picking list Maintain stock shelves and counts through spot checks with counts Clean work area, as needed Maintain the shipping area for quick access to shipping supplies, when needed Create and maintain shipping information in Dynamics Gathering, filing, checking for correctness, and updating all relevant documents needed for Export, Import, offshore and land jobs.

The documents may include but are not limited to the following:o Proforma Invoice o Packing list o Declaration of conformity o MSDS o Technical description o Delivery contract o Certificates o Import documents.

The Candidate:

You could either be an interested entry-level candidate with high potential or a high-performing Logistics Dispatcher with solid experience. Most important is your strong motivation to develop, learn and deliver high-quality service. We are looking for a candidate with the following profile: High school diploma as a minimum.

• College education and/or previous experience is a plus.

Prompt, thorough, engaged, accurate and time-conscious. Must be able to multitask and must have great attention to detail. Good English language skills. Ability to work individually, with minimum supervision. Strong adherence to safety procedures. Willingness to work overtime and weekends, when needed. Authorized to work in the USA, without the need for current or future visa sponsorship. Valid driver's license and clean record Willingness to travel regionally to support operations.
