Job Description

Job Overview Redlaw Mechanical is seeking a Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone with great customer service skills to schedule and dispatch our HVAC techs, keep track of maintenance agreements and other administrative duties. This is a full time in office position. Computer skills, Quikbooks experience are a plus. Responsibilities Schedule HVAC service and maintenance visits. Answer phones. Invoice filing Maintain and update customer files
