We are looking for an experienced relationship-based Service Dispatcher for our Rutland, VT location. You will work with a great group of employees. You will assist with all aspects of ensuring our current customers have a positive experience with our Service Department and getting their hot tub, swim spa, sauna, or other products serviced by our company. A Service Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling, prioritizing, and dispatching service calls to field technicians or service personnel. They play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring that service requests are handled promptly and efficiently. This role involves effective communication, organization, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. What does a successful candidate need to bring to this position?

• You are a quick learner and can retain trouble shooting knowledge to relay to the customer.
• You are aware that efficiency is key and bring that mindset into your route planning for our Service Technicians.

Additional Requirements for the position:
