Role Description The Heating Air Conditioning Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating daily schedules for service technicians, assigning work orders, and ensuring timely response to customer needs. This full-time, on-site role in Burien, WA includes monitoring job progress, updating customers on appointment status, and optimizing routes to maximize efficiency. The dispatcher will handle incoming calls, create and update service tickets, verify job details, and communicate clearly with both customers and field staff. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the dispatch system, supporting emergency and priority requests, and collaborating with management to adjust staffing and scheduling as needed.
