Overview Turriff Plumbing is looking for a dependable, organized, and personable Office Coordinator / Dispatcher to support the day-to-day operations of our plumbing business. This position is an important point of contact for our customers and field team and will help keep service calls, schedules, permits, and general office activities moving smoothly. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional customer service Schedule service calls, appointments, and other field work Dispatch plumbers and apprentices and communicate schedule changes throughout the day Gather information from customers regarding service needs Assist with pulling plumbing permits and related municipal paperwork Maintain job, customer, and scheduling information in company systems Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, technician arrival, and job updates Assist with organizing and maintaining office records and documentation Provide administrative support to management and the field team Assist with work orders, purchase documentation, or other basic office tasks as needed Prepare and send service ticket invoices daily Help keep open jobs and service requests organized and moving forward Assist with project management as needed on both large and small jobs Perform other general office and administrative duties as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Friendly and professional phone manner Comfortable managing multiple priorities and frequent interruptions Dependable and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling software, and other office systems Previous office, dispatching, customer service, construction, or service-industry experience is helpful but not required Ability to learn permitting requirements and company processes Position Details Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 30 hours per week $25-30 depending on experience In-office position This position does not include employee benefits About Turriff Plumbing & Heating Turriff Plumbing & Heating LLC is a long-standing local plumbing company serving the Green Bay and De Pere area.
