  • Full-time Dealers Northland Supply is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Dispatch and Warehouse Coordinator to coordinate our lumberyard, warehouse, and delivery operations.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive complete and accurate orders while maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient work environment. If you have experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, dispatching, or the building materials industry and enjoy leading by example, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Verify that customer orders are complete, accurate, and loaded correctly before trucks leave for delivery. Coordinate daily delivery schedules with drivers and management to dispatch deliveries efficiently. Contact customers to confirm delivery dates and times. Receive vendor deliveries and inspect shipments for accuracy, completeness, and damage and report any missing or damaged inventory to the office. Work closely with office staff, sales personnel, and drivers to provide excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouses, lumberyards, building materials, logistics, or distribution operations preferred. Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified). Basic computer skills for scheduling, inventory, and communication. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Takes pride in staying organized.
