Manager ensures compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, standards established by the Joint Commission (JCAHO) and compliance with other regulatory agency standards.

Quality Assurance and Patient Care Support Interventionist and clinical team to deliver high-quality outcomes, ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations, comply with all Lifeline clinical and business policies and procedures Communication and Relationship Management Facilitate communications from Lifeline to practice and practice to Lifeline in a professional and tactful manner, be the first line relationship manager of Lifeline to physicians and practice, coordinate communication with dialysis facilities in the community on a monthly basis to monitor outcomes and to schedule community educational outreach activities Teammate Management Manage all teammate employment activity such as hiring, promoting, job performance, evaluations, retention, and disciplinary actions with appropriate approvals as required Center/Equipment Management Ensure that all supplies are ordered, inventory maintained, stored and used, maintain a working knowledge of the Lifeline Product Formulary and monitor the operational status of all medical equipment Financial Management Manage center budget and inventory, present and explain monthly financial information supplied by Lifeline to practice physicians and collaborate with reimbursement department to facilitate billing of access centers services
