This role assists guests, maintains clean and organized dining areas, supports food and beverage service, restocks supplies, and helps create a welcoming and efficient dining environment. Common Job Roles Dining Facility Associate Dining Room Associate Restaurant Service Associate Dining Services Associate Hospitality Support Associate Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service Assist with seating, table preparation, and dining room organization Maintain clean and sanitary tables, dining areas, and service stations Support servers and restaurant staff during busy service periods Assist with food and beverage delivery to guests as needed Restock utensils, napkins, condiments, beverages, and dining supplies Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly Assist with customer requests and communicate concerns to appropriate staff Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Support opening, closing, and general restaurant operations Perform additional dining service duties assigned by management Requirements Previous restaurant, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience is an asset but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks Preferred Skills Experience in dining room or restaurant operations Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities Good organization and multitasking skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a restaurant team About the Company Another Broken Egg Cafe operates in the restaurant and hospitality industry, providing breakfast, brunch, and dining services in a welcoming restaurant environment.
