$60,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience Due to anticipated rapid growth, Metz Environmental Services is hiring for a Facilities Manager in the Hagerstown area! We are a family-owned and operated company focused on providing high quality service and care to our client-partners and the community. This position is a great opportunity for an experienced facilities manager to join our team. The Facilities Manager is responsible for directing an effective, overall maintenance and housekeeping program to include operation of the buildings, grounds and equipment. The manager will manage a staff of maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry technicians and ensure tasks are performed safely and in a proper manner while ensuring the overall appearance, sanitation and cleanliness is apparent to our Client, Staff, and Guests. We are seeking a leader who shares our passion for superior Environmental Services, and a motivating leader who challenges, mentors develops and retains outstanding hourly employees.Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience managing 5+ personnel
- Strong knowledge of facility and custodial maintenance procedures
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Amazing leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Experience Managing a budget and purchasing
- Healthcare experience a plus
