Your Leadership in Action Facilities & Plant OperationsProvides leadership and operational oversight for Facilities, Plant Operations, power plant operations, grounds, utilities, and contracted services to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
Budget & Resource ManagementDevelops and manages operating and capital budgets; monitors financial performance and ensures compliance with approved targets and organizational priorities.
Regulatory Compliance & Life SafetyEnsures compliance with TJC, CMS, Environment of Care, OSHA/MIOSHA, NFPA, EPA, ADA, and other applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
Safety, Security & Emergency PreparednessLeads facilities‑related safety and security programs and actively participates in emergency preparedness, HICS activation, disaster planning, and internal and external safety committees.
Quality & IntegrationDrives preventive maintenance, quality improvement initiatives, customer satisfaction outcomes, and integration of additional Munson properties into Plant Engineering systems. QualificationsWhat's Required Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, facilities management, business, or commercial real estate; orAssociate's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or electromechanical engineering technology with eight (8) years of progressively responsible facilities maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, or healthcare environments.
Knowledge & SkillsWorking knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and related plant systems.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Knowledge of healthcare facilities regulations governing plant operations. Additional InformationAre you Munson Material? Apply today!
