Job Description
Now Hiring - Facility Manager Dashir has an opening for a facility manager to work with us at the Bold Public Schools. The ideal candidate will have good leadership and communication skills, be well-organized, and have a good mechanical aptitude. This role helps ensure the facilities are well maintained, safe, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors. Experience would be beneficial, but it is not required; we will provide training and support to help the right person succeed. Responsibilities Communicate professionally with coworkers, teachers, and administration Ensure that the buildings are clean and safe for students, staff, and visitors Manage daily maintenance requests and the preventive maintenance program Manage the upkeep of equipment to meet health and safety standards Supervise all facilities staff and external contractors Keep complete and organized records Skills Effective communication skills Strong organizational skills Leadership skills Good mechanical aptitude Boiler license or ability to obtain one To apply or learn more, please send your resume or questions.
