Senior Director of Facilities & Logistics - Philadelphia, PA Lunova Group is partnering with a growing industrial organization in the Philadelphia, PA area to identify a Senior Director of Facilities & Logistics. This newly created executive leadership role is an opportunity to build and lead the facilities function for a large industrial campus while helping shape the company's long-term growth strategy. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. This is more than a traditional facilities management position. You'll oversee the day-to-day performance of facilities and infrastructure while leading major capital projects, facility expansions, renovations, logistics initiatives, and long-range planning. About the Role The Senior Director of Facilities & Logistics will provide strategic leadership for all facilities, maintenance, infrastructure, logistics, and capital improvement initiatives across the organization. This role combines executive-level planning with hands-on oversight of major construction projects, facility upgrades, contractor management, and operational excellence. You'll oversee an established facilities organization while partnering closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Safety, HR, and executive leadership to ensure facilities are positioned to support future business growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute the organization's long-term facilities, infrastructure, and capital investment strategy. Lead all aspects of facilities operations, maintenance, utilities, warehouses, grounds, and supporting infrastructure. Direct major capital projects including renovations, facility expansions, new construction, equipment installations, and infrastructure improvements. Manage projects from planning and budgeting through design, permitting, contractor selection, execution, and completion. Develop operating and capital budgets while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Build strong relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies. Oversee logistics, fleet, receiving, warehouse, and material flow initiatives that support operational efficiency. Establish preventive maintenance programs, facility standards, KPIs, and performance metrics across the organization. Lead, mentor, and develop facilities, maintenance, logistics, and project management teams. Partner with executive leadership to support future site expansion, operational improvements, and long-range growth initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities management, capital projects, construction, or industrial operations. Professional certifications such as PMP, CFM, FMP, or LEED are a plus. Executive or senior leadership experience managing large-scale facilities and infrastructure across complex industrial or manufacturing environments. Proven experience leading facility expansions, renovations, new construction, and capital improvement projects from concept through completion. Strong knowledge of building systems, industrial maintenance, construction management, permitting, and regulatory compliance. Experience managing large operating and capital budgets. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and developing high-performing organizations. Strong vendor management, negotiation, and contractor oversight experience. Experience with CMMS, ERP, or facilities management systems is preferred. Ready to Learn More?
