Job Description

Job Summary:
Bar Anticipation is one of the top nightclub, restaurant and indoor/outdoor banquet facilities in Monmouth County, NJ. We are looking to bring on a full time handyman to help with daily/weekly/monthly repairs and maintenance that are involved with our operation.
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our properties. Your duties will include repairing equipment, performing general maintenance tasks, overseeing your team and addressing requests promptly and efficiently.
Duties:
  • Conducting routine inspections of properties to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in a related field is a plus.

$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30-40 per week depending on season
