Rockaway Self Storage is a new self-storage facility opening in Far Rockaway NY committed to providing a clean, secure, and friendly environment for our tenants. We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our on-site team.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to tenants and potential renters Manage rental agreements and process payments Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility Conduct routine property checks to ensure safety and security Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person Tour and lease units

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Computer and administrative skills Reliable, punctual, and organized Comfortable working independently Prior experience in property management, retail, or customer service is a plus Must be able to walk the facility grounds

Hours:

4PM

• 7:30PM Monday
• Thursday 2PM
• 7:30PM Friday Saturday & Sunday
• 6 Hour Shift (7:30-1:30 or 1:30-7:30)
